Syntropic Site Plan

Service Description

If you’re interested in creating a clear, outlined, step-by-step process for terraforming your yard into a captivating syntropic landscape, this is a service for you. If you’re more of a go-with-the-flow and save money kind of person, I’d recommend skipping this step :) A syntropic site plan involves taking precise measurements of each area using a tool called “moasure”- from there we’ll work together to plan out pathways, water features, plant distribution and pricing, and the multiple stages your yard will go through. This will give you an estimate of cost and aesthetic every step of the way. The initial site map measurements will be used as a reference to recreate continuous new layouts for your yard as we continue to transform it. For this service, we ask for an initial investment of $3/sqft (square foot). After this initial payment is made, you’ll have the service for the remainder of your project.
